What is the Turkish Language Special Visa Program?
Foreigners enrolled on a Turkish course at a school authorised by the Ministry of National Education, or at a university Turkish teaching centre (TÖMER), can apply for a visa for language study, using the invitation and enrolment letter issued by the school.

The programme costs $1,430 in total: $300 for the invitation letter, paid before your visa application, and $1,130 paid when you arrive in Turkey.
